We work closely with The HR Dept who offer a local and personal HR service to SMEs.  They are extending their services to our clients during this difficult time.  Please see below for more information regarding how they can assist you:

“We normally work with clients on a retained basis and have a service that provides you with unlimited HR support and an insurance indemnity against any employment tribunal claims via telephone and email for 1 year.  We are of course happy to provide you with more information about this service but we understand that in the current climate that businesses may not wish to commit for a year.

 The HR Dept has therefore put together offer you two alternatives with regard to HR support during this period.  We will arrange an initial short call to ensure we understand your current situation and enquiry.  In order to provide the correct advice, we may need to request additional information such as an example of your employment documentation issued to your employees.

We will provide the template letters and relevant information to assist you with your situation and offer a  follow up 15 minute telephone call to assist with any further queries you may have – so for example if/when you need to agree furlough arrangements with staff this will help with that.

The charge for this service is £395 plus VAT.  Payment is required in full and if you choose this option after the initial call we will arrange an invoice for payment in order for us to provide the template letters.

Alternatively

  1. We can offer continuing cover for an initial three month period including:
    • The template letters and relevant information to assist you with your situation.
    • Advice relating to any application for The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme.
    • Unlimited access to HR support via telephone or email for 3 months to help guide you through this unique climate we find ourselves in.  This support is provided by our small team normally based in Sutton (we are currently working remotely but have access to all our systems) and you would have a nominated account manager as a first point of contact.
    • review of your existing employment contracts to provide a top level summary of any areas that may require amendments.

 Quotations will be provided based on number of employees but as a guide, prices start at £675 plus VAT for the three month period for up to 10 employees.  Payment is required in full ahead of the start of the contract.
