Reminder – the automatic filing extensions that Companies House put in place last year came to an end this month.
There will be no further automatic extensions for confirmation statement filings, accounts filings and event-driven filings after 5 April 2021. You’ll need to file your documents by your usual deadlines and deadlines will go back to being 9 months after a company’s year end date.
